YUNNAN Single Origin Honey Process | Region: Yunnan Province, China

A delicious coffee that is easy to love and offers intriguing complexity. Enjoy flavors of cocoa, almond and a hint of tea. This version is roasted for espresso and fans of darker roasted brewed coffee.

If you've tried our other coffees from Yunnan this one is sweeter and has a lusher body from the honey processing. In honey processed coffee, some of the fruit pulp is left on the the coffee seed (commonly called the bean) before drying, which imparts silky texture and subtle sweetness.

Yunnan Province in China is a new frontier in specialty coffee—and a rising star. Living in Yunnan was a highlight of our time abroad. Yunnan only produces a small amount of specialty coffee so we are excited to share this rare delight with you.

Coffee is whole bean unless you choose to have us grind it for you. If you would like ground coffee, tell us in the note at checkout what method you use to brew.

Our coffee bags biodegrade no matter how you toss 'em. If you'd like to compost, remove the valve and label.
