Coffee is not returnable due to the perishable nature of coffee and food safety standards. However, if there is a problem with your order or delivery, we will happily work with you to resolve the issue. Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us at roasters@incognitacoffee.com within one week of receiving your delivery.Â
Gift certificates are not eligible for returns or refunds.
