This 50/50 blend showcases specialty coffee with a Nicaraguan decaf and Tanzanian full caf coffee, both natural processed. It features creative coffee production but the flavors are still balanced and easy to drink and love. This Nicaraguan decaf is a special project from our importer parter Gold Mountain Coffee Importers. Gold Mountain is a social enterprise that is working to support and empower small farmers in Nicaragua with resources and training that elevate their coffee and improve their quality of life. Erin's family is Nicaraguan and we had the privilege of visiting Gold Mountain coffee farms so these coffees are particularly dear to us.
