Our Holiday blend is here! This year we are also roasting a darker version of the Holiday blend for espresso and fans of darker roasted brewed coffee.

HOLIDAY Blend | Java + Brazil

A festive blend with holiday flavors like rich cocoa and warm spices. This blend is food friendly and will appeal to a wide range of coffee drinkers. Perfect for gifting, sharing at celebratory occasions and for a cozy morning treat.

This blend's special flair comes from the inclusion of an anaerobic natural processed coffee from Java that is rich, chocolaty and complex. Our blend is balanced by the addition of a smooth, nutty coffee from Brazil.

The cool coffee from Java is an example of how coffee producers are using innovative approaches to enhance flavors—much like winemakers and beer brewers. During anaerobic processing, coffee is fermented in sealed tanks without oxygen. This imparts the coffee with dark fruit and warm spice flavors and velvety body. 

We love how these creative methods combine art, science and - of course - pleasure.  It is a delicious way to introduce friends and family to a new trend in coffee and a fun conversation starter. Enjoy.
