ETHIOPIA Decaf | Region: Guji

This delicious small batch decaf includes a mix of natural process and washed processed coffee from the Ethiopian region of Guji. The classic, complex flavors of the region are evident: fruit, cocoa, caramelized sugar, and sweet spice. Just because you're skipping the caffeine doesn't mean you have to sacrifice flavor.

This coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process, an innovative chemical free process of removing caffeine while preserving the coffee’s flavor and aromatics.

Coffee is whole bean unless you choose to have us grind it for you. If you would like ground coffee, tell us in the note at checkout what method you use to brew.

Our coffee bags biodegrade no matter how you toss 'em. If you'd like to compost, remove the valve and label.
