NICARAGUA Decaf Elixir | Region: Jinotega - Small Farms

A delicious decaf coffee that showcases trends in specialty coffee processing and a shift toward more ethically sourced coffees that enable farmers to have a sustainable living. It features innovative coffee production but the flavors are still balanced and easy to drink and love.

This special small batch decaf includes carbonically macerated and natural processed coffees that impart complex cherry and tropical fruit flavors that mingle with luscious body and chocolate notes.

As importer Gold Mountain Coffee Growers says, "Decaf shouldn't be boring, and it should be traceable...Its taste is incredible and so is its impact." Gold Mountain is a social enterprise that is working to support and empower small farmers in Nicaragua with resources and training that elevate their coffee and improve their quality of life. 

This coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process, an innovative chemical free process removing caffeine.

SWING SHIFT Half Decaf Blend | Colombia + Tanzania

You can have it all. Sweet Colombian decaf plus a washed process coffee from Tanzania mingle in a balanced, satisfying blend. Perfect if you prefer a bit less buzz any time of day. 

This is a 50/50 blend of sophisticated sugar cane processed decaf from smallholder farmers in Valle del Cauca, Colombia and a washed processed coffee from Tanzania with brown sugar sweetness.

The Colombia is decaffeinated using compounds derived from sugar cane, which adds a lovely sweetness to the finish. Since it produced and decaffeinated in Colombia, it has a lower carbon footprint than other decafs.
