Wednesday November 20 is the last day to order before Thanksgiving. The coffees already roasted below will ship faster or we can roast to order. Roasted/Ready to Ship coffees can be ordered and delivered or shipped until November 22.

The roastery will be closed November 23-December 1. Orders placed after November 20 will be roasted and shipped after December 2.

If you are ordering now to plan ahead for December holidays, please include a note in your order letting us know when you need the coffee.

This easy drinking coffee is a delicious taste of terra incognita. Yunnan Province in China is a new frontier in specialty coffee—and a rising star. 

Living in Yunnan was a highlight of our time abroad. We're excited to share this magical region with you.

This coffee is a high quality selection from the family run Dongka Farm brought to us by Yunnan Coffee Traders. It brews up a smooth cup with subtle raisin and brioche and lovely tea on the finish.

This medium roast is great for brewed coffee and for those who prefer a lighter style single origin espresso. (If you prefer darker espresso, order the espresso roasted Yunnan.)

Coffee is whole bean unless you choose to have us grind it for you. If you would like ground coffee, tell us in the note at checkout what method you use to brew.

Our coffee bags biodegrade no matter how you toss 'em. If you'd like to compost, remove the tin tie, valve and label.
