EL SALVADOR Single Origin | Region: Concepción de Ataco - Finca San Luis Natural Process

If you haven't had a natural process El Salvador before, you're in for a treat! This one has winey, brambly fruit flavors balanced by a full body and sweet finish.

Finca San Luis is owned by Luis Duarte. The farm is located in Concepción de Ataco in the region of Ahuachapan, near the Santa Ana volcano, which provides rich soil perfect for coffee.

This is a Strictly High Grown (SHG) coffee, which means it is grown above 1,200 meters. The longer maturation at high altitude creates a denser, higher quality coffee and more resulting flavors.

Coffee is whole bean unless you choose to have us grind it for you. If you would like ground coffee, tell us in the note at checkout what method you use to brew.

Our coffee bags biodegrade no matter how you toss 'em. If you'd like to compost, remove the tin tie, valve and label.
