CAMP Blend | Nicaragua + El Salvador - Makes a Rockin’ Cold Brew

A blend of two Central American coffees from small producers focused on environmental sustainability, empowering farmers and exceptional quality.

This blend combines a gulpable washed Nicaragua (from our recent coffee farm trip!) with a subtle fruity kick from luscious anaerobic natural processed coffee from El Salvador. 

We crafted the blend to make a rich, refreshing cold brew. Each bag ships with three cold brew filter bags and a recipe.

Prefer hot coffee? This versatile blend brews a great drip, pour over or french press cup too.

WHAT IS ANAEROBIC COFFEE?

This cool coffee from El Salvador is an example of how coffee producers are using innovative approaches to enhance flavors—much like winemakers and beer brewers. During anaerobic processing, coffee is fermented in sealed tanks without oxygen. This imparts complex fruit flavors and body. We love how these creative methods combine art, science and - of course - pleasure. 

You'll get notes of fruit and subtle spice mingling with nuttiness. The flavors are more subdued in a blend and will appeal to a wider range of coffee drinkers than the single origin version of this anaerobic processed coffee. Enjoy.
